The Polygon zkEVM Security Council is a multi-sig and it has decision oversight on the security of Polygon zkEVM during its initial phases. The Security Council has the responsibility to halt the system in case an Emergency State is triggered.
The Security Council multi-sig is formed by a group of well-known Ethereum developers and researchers.
