Protecting Your Funds: Failed Transactions and Refunds

Created by Mayank Singhal, Modified on Tue, 10 Mar at 6:37 PM by Mayank Singhal

In the rare event a transaction doesn't complete, we have an automatic refund system to protect your assets.

  • Initial Failure: If the transaction fails before leaving your starting chain, you will receive a refund on the source chain.

  • Final Step Failure: If the funds are successfully bridged but the final step on the destination chain fails, the refund will be sent to your original sender address on the destination chain.

Important Note: If you are using an Abstract Global Wallet, be careful executing transactions where you don’t have access to that same wallet on the destination chain.
