Withdrawals and deposits on the Polygon network are cheap. What is to be understood is that the insufficient balance error can be cleared by getting some ETH balance on the Ethereum mainnet. That generally clears out the problem of an insufficient balance.
If this is a transaction on the Polygon mainnet, we'll require that you have a sufficient amount of Matic tokens.
