My transaction is pending for too long. What can I do?

Please log in to Polygon Portal using Metamask from an alternate browser and then try to complete your transaction.
Alternatively, you can reset your Metamask and clear the cache from the same browser and then proceed to complete your pending transaction.


Before proceeding with any of the above steps, we advise you to store your private keys so that you can access your Metamask wallet address later on.
