Some users are still using the deprecated version of matic sdk and use the exitERC20 function. We recommend using the latest Matic sdk so that everything works smoothly. Refer to this link:https://docs.polygon.technology/docs/develop/ethereum-polygon/matic-js/pos/erc20/withdraw-exit as exitERC20 is replaced with withdraw-exit.
