When you publish to RHS after you issued credentials it should work. Trees must not be undefined, you can leave an issue so we can reproduce it and go deep here:
Genesis state by default is not published to RHS. So when someone validates the revocation status of the auth credential of the issuer - if no states are published to the blockchain non revocation proof is retrieved from the issuer data of BJJ Signature proof / MTP. Known issue: if your issuer only issues credentials with signature proofs and has never transited state. Non-revocation status (issuer state info) is obtained from BJJ proof. We are working on enabling fetching genesis from RHS also.
